    1. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please note all efforts are made to ensure the content is accurate and current however we reserve the right to make changes to this document at any time, and any revised versions will supersede the previous terms and conditions. In the event of major changes, we’ll make an effort to notify every existing user via email or an announcement on the website before implementing the new version, we also recommend you check this page from time to time. By continuing to use this site after we’ve made changes, you are indicating that you agree to the updated terms and conditions.
    2. All effort is made to ensure that all content, including product information and pricing on our website is correct. However if an item is listed with incorrect information or at an incorrect price, Showtime Dancewear reserves the right to cancel orders related to that item. We will provide full refunds where the orders have been paid for. 
    3. This website and all materials on this website are owned by Showtime Dancewear and are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights unless otherwise indicated. No portion of this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Showtime Dancewear or otherwise permitted by the Copyright Act 1968. Any other use of materials on this website, including reproduction for purpose other than your personal non-commercial use, modification, distribution or republication, without the prior express written permission of Showtime Dancewear is strictly prohibited
  2. Prices

    1. All prices quoted on our web site are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) with all payments to be verified before your order may be shipped. Please be aware this may cause a small delay in shipping which is determined by the method of payment.
    2. Showtime Dancewear reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.

  4. Shipping & Handling

    1. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post within 2-5 working days of you placing your order. 
    2. Delivery will take approximately 2-5 working days from dispatch depending on delivery address.
    3. Our standard shipping and handling fee is a flat rate of $14.00 Australia wide.
    4. Shipping is free for orders over $150.00* Australia Wide. [*Excludes Dream Duffle, Dancers Bag and Performance Cases].
    5. We must have correct and complete addresses, including company name where necessary, and at least one contact phone number.
    6. Showtime Dancewear takes no responsibility for goods damaged while in transit and recommend any issues be taken to the courier.
  5. Termination of orders

    1. Please ensure you select your products carefully as once your order is processed we cannot accept cancellations.
    2. Showtime Dancewear may cancel, refuse or otherwise terminate an order at any time without providing reason in which case the customer will be contacted and will receive a full refund.
  6. Returns Conditions

    1. For the return of any Showtime Dancewear online purchases, regardless of whether they are faulty, change of mind or incorrect fit. You must meet the following return policy conditions:
      1. The item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
      2. The item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached.
      3. The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
      4. Sale items bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded. No rain checks.
    2. For Change of Mind or Incorrect Size
      1. We reserve the right to inspect garments to determine the return policy conditions are met; therefore the item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached. If the goods arrive in the appropriate condition a refund of the cost of the goods will be provided less a restocking fee of 20%. We do not refund shipping charges.
      2. If a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required you will need to place a new order online.
      3. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a courier or eParcel through Australia Post to return the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items in transit.
    3. For Faulty Goods
      1. Showtime Dancewear is to be notified directly before returning any items. Please have ready your invoice number, date of purchase and item details.
      2. A Returns Form will then be emailed to you. This is to be completed and returned with your garments. Please note we cannot guarantee the processing of returns if we don’t have the correct information.
      3. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. This will include returning the product to the manufactures for their inspection. A response for faulty claims will be received within 5 working days of the garments arrival at Showtime Dancewear Office. If deemed faulty, we will contact you to provide the option of;
        1. a product replacement reissued to you or
        2. a full refund of the cost of the goods.

      Showtime Dancewear provides secured online payment. We accept Paypal, Direct Deposit, Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards. No other means of payment are accepted.
